In the Spring of 1997, the decision to expand the operations at SIMON’S PERFORMANCE CENTER put a stop to Andy’s drag-racing efforts for the year. From 1998 to 2003, Andy Simon has been doing extensive research and development for his NHRA Pro-Stock racing program, which includes a state-of-the-art engine program not yet seen in the world of all Harley drag-racing.  2003 is here and Andy Simon has a brand new state of the art Pro-Stock Harley in the works. A scheduled debut of his latest creation is set for sometime towards mid-year.
